Patient Care Process

Integrated Approach: Our Dietetics department works closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every patient receives individualized nutritional care based on their specific medical condition, age, nutritional status, and treatment goals.

Documentation & Monitoring: We maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient's nutritional assessments, care plans, and progress, documenting nutritional status and response to medical nutrition therapy.

Meal Quality Assurance: Based on prescribed therapeutic diets, meals are prepared under dietician guidance using standardized recipes, portion control, and therapeutic modifications. All meals are prepared with high-quality ingredients while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.

Accurate Delivery: Once prepared and packed, pantry staff ensure each meal reaches the correct patient on time. Every meal is carefully labelled with patient details, ward, and prescribed diet to prevent errors.

Holistic Care Philosophy

We address cultural and socioeconomic factors influencing food choices during hospitalization and after discharge, ensuring that nutritional care aligns with individual preferences and lifestyle to help achieve better health outcomes long-term.
